We are excited to announce that we hit the impressive milestone of 10,000 YugabyteDB open source community members this week. We wanted to take some time to celebrate and thank everyone who has been part of this remarkable journey!

We are proud of our thriving and enthusiastic worldwide community of distributed SQL and open source fans, developers, and database enthusiasts. The YugabyteDB community is vital to our goal of making YugabyteDB the perfect database for companies building cloud-native applications, and those modernizing and migrating existing applications to a cloud-native RDBMS.
The YugabyteDB Open Source Community is a place where thousands of database users from different backgrounds and skill levels share their experiences, learn about new features, and give and get advice and help with their database challenges.
Our community is a welcoming space for new users to ask questions without judgment, and an active hub of database insights and new ideas!
We also want to thank our in-house YugabyteDB experts, who read and respond to questions and share advice and updates. Their enthusiasm for YugabyteDB, combined with their in-depth knowledge, helps make the group a friendly, accessible, and rewarding space for all YugabyteDB users.
